
An 7-9 km course in the woods. You have 4 hours. How many times can you do it?



The Cataraqui Adventure Trek is an Adventure Race crossed with a Triathlon. We have designed a 7-9km course consisting of single track mountain biking, trail running and paddling. Racers have 4 hours to complete the course as many times as they can.
Race starts at 10:00 am and ends at 2:00 pm allowing racers to lunch and visit together before awards…it’s like a party!
Our course is also very spectator friendly, so please feel free to bring your cheerleading squad.
PLAN OF ATTACK
SOLO: You are on your own out there!
RELAY: Team of two, each member must complete one full lap, but you travel alone.
TEAM: Team of two, you race together, and must stay with 100m of each other at all times.
MOUNTAIN BIKE
We promise some fast flowy single track mountain biking! The longest leg of the race, expect 5-7 km per lap.
TRAIL RUN
Enjoy a challenging and scenic 1.5 to 2km trail run. Hills, roots, rocks and lots of twists and turns.
PADDLE
The wind conditions on race day will determine how difficult the paddle is! By kayak (solo racers) or canoes (team racers) we hope you enjoy this 1-2km paddle.
