The Kick & Push Century ride will be a 100km ride consisting of  two 50 km laps in Central Frontenac. In the spirit of the name, 60 % of the ride will follow the beautiful K & P Trail north onto some gravel roads and a few off road sections. You can opt to race the full 100km, or as a relay team of two, where each rider will complete one lap.
