An 8km run on on the cataraqui trail along sydenahm lake
The Sydenham Fall Trail Run is flat and fabulously pretty 8K run along the shore of
Sydenham Lake on the Cataraqui Trail.
Our course is also very spectator friendly, so please feel free to bring your cheerleading squad.
