Where are the trails located?
Friday, May 9th: Limerick Forest Pit
Saturday, May 31 Batawa Ski HIll
Saturday, June 14: MTB Kingston
What are the event categories and start times?
Start Time / Category / Distance
10:00 AM / Grade 4 and Under Female and Male / 1 Lap – 2.5 km
10:30 AM / Grade 5&6 Female and Male / 1 Lap – 4km
11:00 AM / Grade 7&8 Female and Male / 1 Lap – 4 km
11:30 AM / Junior & Senior Female and Male (highschool) / 2 Laps – 8 km
Is there an awards ceremony?
Yes! At 12:30ish there will be a medal ceremony for top athletes in each category.
What do I need to bring?
A bike in good working order, water bottle and snacks for the day, and approved cycling helmet.
Parents? Can we drop our kid and go?
NO, there must be a parent, guardian or supervising teacher with your child at all times. You will need to name said adult upon registration.
A note on bike plates
If you are participating in more then one event, you will use the SAME plate for all rides. You will receive your plate at the first event. Each ride will come with a sticker to add to your plate (who doesn’t love a good sticker collection???)
Can we pre-ride the course?
Pre-riding will be available, during registration 8:30am – 9:45am. You MUST be off Course by 9:45am, so the 10:00 am Race start can proceed without hindrance.
I am a Teacher and would like to register a whole team, how do I do that?

Volunteers?
In order to run an event like this, we will need multiple volunteers, from registration, to lead bike and sweep bike riders. If you are interested in helping us, please contact mtadventures0@gmail.com to be assigned a role.

Will the event take place in inclement weather?
We will design a course that can be used in rain, however, thunder and lighting is an immediate termination, and riders will be pulled off course. Dress for the weather!
