What another GREAT day for out 11th (!) edition of the Cataraqui Adventure Trek!
We think this was our biggest turnout yet, and you all did not disappoint! We had first time racers, a handful that have been with us since year one and the most youth and parent-child teams ever!
The course:
We started with a 500m out and back run, where racers had to find their bibs, scattered in a field, pin them on and run back to transistion.
They then hopped onto their bikes for 5km ish single track mountain bike ride, followed by a 2.5km trail run, ending with a 800m or so paddle before crossing the finish line, and repeating as desired!
RESULTS
Our overall first place winner , Nathan Colburn, completed 6 laps in 3:48:15
Top female, Val Lessard completed 4 laps in 3:14:40
Top male team, Captain Kirks, completed 5 laps in 3:47:127
Top female team, Chaffing the Dream, completed 4 laps in 3:43:26
Top co-ed Team, Trail Turltes, completed 4 laps in 3:29:43
